The Jakarta EE 9.1 Release Plan is now available! During the span of Nov 2020 - Jan 2021, the plan was created, discussed, amended, and reviewed by the Jakarta EE Community and the Platform Project. On Feb 9, 2021, it was officially endorsed by the Jakarta EE Steering Committee. Also, on Feb 10 2021, an official ballot was approved by the Jakarta EE Specification Committee.
A Jakarta EE 9.1 Release Plan FAQ has also been created to help clarify aspects of the Release Plan.

No other individual component (feature) release plans are expected.
Update 03/10/2021: The original goal for delivering Jakarta EE 9.1 was 1Q2021. This is no longer achievable. The new goal is 2Q2021.
Jakarta EE 9.1 will track its development progress with a Github Project Board.
The Jakarta EE Release repo may be used for Issue tracking across the overall project. For example, the Milestone/Release Candidate API artifacts are tracked in this repository.
