      - Remove all rows with OPT.
      - Fix the header text so it does not mention any of this REQ, POPT, OPT business.
      - Remove the Status column, since everything is required.
    - Do I have this right?
      - No response in meeting.
      - ACTION: Make the changes in the draft PR, seek review, as usual.

Jea-242-OSGi-forced version changes

Proposed resolution
- Do a Tags 3.1 which increases the dependency on EL to be 6 M1.
- This requires specification committee action to approve the release, even if the only thing changing is incrementing the EL dependency level.
Jan update
- Transactions and validation are also impacted by this.
Timeframe: target this to Milestone 2.

JEA-271 TCK and minimum JDK version

In the EE 11 release plan
- “The TCK for specifications updated in EE 11 will be compiled at the Java SE 21 level.”

Light weight retrospective on vitality of discussion in EE 11 Platform Project

Observed component spec lead participation is lacking.
- There have been efforts to fix this, but have not achieved the desired result

- ACTION: Ed to reconnect with Scott Stark and Scott Marlow about their readiness and acceptance of the schedule.
